The vice-president of the Rwanda Volleyball Federation (FRVB), Jean de Dieu Bagirishya, has been arrested following the nation’s disqualification from the Girls’s African Championship.
Bagirishya is “suspected to have used cast paperwork in exercising his capabilities”, Thierry Murangira, a spokesperson for the Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB), informed BBC Nice Lakes.
